A smaller version of the useful Handihoop® Bag Opener, this tool is popular with users who have smaller bin bags for collection, or with schools.

The smaller 14” aperture enables bags to not be over-stretched during the litterpick which can cause the bag to snag. With the simple 5 clip-system, it’s easy to use for adults and children alike, with a comfy handle to help grip the hoop.
